Sanding and Vacuuming

Closing the Gaps:

with Strato 101 and sanding dust for optimum color matching.

Drying Time:

approx. 30 to 90 min.

Sanding:

sanding with coarse grit and belt sander and corner sanding machine. Then fine sanding with a 3 disc machine.

Vacuuming:

carefully before primer application.

Roller Primer:

Strato 200

Drying Time:

approx. 1 h

Mixing:

two-component water based finish Strato 461 with Hardener. Then leave it for 15 min.

Finishing

Drying Time:

after first coat approx. 6.

Intermediate Sanding:

with single disc machine and again vacuuming.

Second Finishing:

with two-component water based finish.

Ready!
Drying time: approx. 12 h, final hardness: approx. 7 days. The result is convincing.
